ClassTempo is free, so support is provided on a best-efforts basis. Please expect delays in receiving a response.

Include the extension version, Chrome version, and what happened. Do not email passwords, OAuth tokens, or sensitive assignment text.

Delete ClassTempo information

1. Open ClassTempo.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Delete all my data.

Uninstalling ClassTempo also removes the extension’s local storage. You can separately revoke ClassTempo access in your Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops future Classroom synchronization but does not remove local extension information.

Export before deletion

Select Export my data in Settings to download a JSON copy. Exported files remain under your control and are not automatically deleted by ClassTempo.

No server-side account

Because ClassTempo does not hold a server-side user record in this version, there is no ClassTempo account database to delete.

School-managed accounts

A school administrator may block third-party Classroom access. Contact your school for its policies or for information held by Google or the school; ClassTempo cannot delete records from Google Classroom.
